Epic liners are water-activated and it glows under UV light. Due to its unique formulation, our liners dry very quickly to a beautiful opaque matte finish. It doesn’t budge or transfer and color don’t fade away until you remove it. You can use them for face designs as well.

HOW TO USE:

Activate Epic liner using a wet makeup brush.
Mix the product well to achieve a thick, smooth, and creamy consistency.
Apply as eyeliner/face art and slay your look.
Mix shades to create unique combinations.
Let the product air dry before storing it.
